the support is fantastic, but auto-sync of syncgene is not perfect; my wish is a realtime sync between google calendar and icloud

As far as my needs go, I rated the product good because it's not instant. Perhaps that option doesn't even exist on the market, but for my rating to be higher, I would need an instant option. I'll play around with it to see if I can make it work.

fast. I would update the instructions on your website and app. the customer service explained the problem and solution but your website and app was confusing. it said I needed to set up 2 step auth, but I already had it. The service guy explained what I needed to do on icloud.

I think it will be a great product when we found the glitches in the config.

I would prefer to have a chance to see and approve of items that are being synchronized. I believe it just does an auto sync and that worries me.
Great job my Customer Service rep showing me how to sign in my iCloud acct with app specific PW! Thank you
